Educational Objectives:
The programme aims at training students to meet the social needs to the greatest extent. Graduates are able to find jobs in various social sections including education, research, foreign communication, foreign trade and information business. Also, equipped with excellent English skills, graduates are easily to be found working in areas such as teaching, translation and interpretation, business communication and management.
Objective 1: [Foundation Knowledge] Training students to acquire a good mastery of background knowledge and language skills of English, equipping them with basic knowledge in other disciplines, preparing them for future application of the skills and knowledge into social practice and academic research.
Objective 2: [Problem-Solving Ability] Equipping students with the ability to creatively solve the problems encountered in social practice and academic research with the language skills and knowledge they acquired.
