A new international campus of SCUT has been confirmed to be built in Guangzhou to advance high-level education and scientific research.
The Chinese Ministry of Education (MOE), the Guangdong provincial government, the Guangzhou municipal government and SCUT will be working together to facilitate the ambitious plan.
