Foreign students from all over the world started to arrive and register at SCUT from September 1, with a series of welcoming events for international students coming soon.
Registration stations for international students were installed both at the Wushan Campus and the University Town Campus. Students were provided for one-stop services, including registration, tuition fee payment, VISA application, accommodation arrangement, guideline materials collection, and consultation.
After registration, fresh students could find a number of services at the International Students Union, which would assist them with bank account opening, residential issues, medical examination, and telephone and internet services.
SCUT’s School of International Education will be holding a series of lectures, guide talks and cultural activities to help foreigners learn more about their study and life in SCUT and Guangzhou, as well as the Chinese society and culture.
